As we head into the home stretch of what can only be considered another very challenging year for many, we here at TeamWRX would like to take a few moments to reflect back on the more positive and memorable outcomes of the past 12 months, and to show our gratitude for the multitude of people that played a part in helping our organization continue to grow through it all.
It was a big year for the team in terms of recognition, as we took home five new titles:
Our hospitality staffing program kicked off in Atlanta:
We catered to a packed house at AmericasMart Atlanta on more than one occasion!
We held our very first All-Star Signing Day:
To honor the commitment and perseverance it takes to become a new TeamWRX recruit, we began welcoming our newest team members with a celebratory get together and certificates showcasing their training accomplishments.
We introduced a new MVP of the Month initiative:
Each month we showcased team members from our Atlanta and Savannah locations who always showed up, stayed positive, and gave their best for the team.
We transitioned to a new internal software platform:
To better serve our clients and team members, we made the decision to move to a more comprehensive internal software platform that offers easier access to payroll, referral programs, available jobs, and more!
We expanded our reach to the West Coast:
For the first time ever, TeamWRX banded together for an immediate client need in California, expanding our services across the continental US.
And took some much needed time to celebrate it all together:
2021 truly was a year to remember, and our gratitude for all of our wonderful clients, team members, family, and friends is immense. You are the “team” in TeamWRX, and we look forward to making many more memories and growing together in 2022.
