2022: A Year-in-Review with TeamWRX

Hands holdaing champagne glasses up in a toast.

Well it’s hard to believe that another eventful year is coming to a close here at TeamWRX. As with many organizations, we’ve certainly been tested by the lasting impact that Covid-19 has had on both the staffing industry and supply chain as a whole. But we’ve also experienced much cause for celebration throughout the year, due in large part to our wonderful, hardworking team members and clients. So before we head off for some much needed rest and relaxation, we want to take a few minutes to replay the TeamWRX highlights from 2022 and share our gratitude for all involved.

We kicked off the year with 5th anniversary celebrations:

TeamWRX started out with just two brothers (Justin and Evans Rainer) working out of a space no bigger than a closet. They saw the need for a more people-oriented approach to staffing and were quickly able to recruit friends and colleagues to help work toward that shared goal. Five years later and that goal is going strong with an internal team of 20+ and locations across the Southern United States.

Opened two new locations in Dallas-Fort Worth and Savannah:

In May, we held the grand opening for our first Texas branch, bringing our own brand of team-first staffing to the Dallas-Fort Worth market. This was followed up in September with the opening of our second Savannah, Georgia branch.

Added a few new awards to the company mantle:

Started a new informative video series:

With a little help from our friends at Buzz Studios, we finally put into play an educational video series called On the Field with TeamWRX. Our videos aim to provide helpful insights into the company, including our history and what it’s like to work with us, as well as updates on the state of the staffing industry.

And celebrated it all at our annual holiday party and staffing awards reveal:

We had a great time recapping the year together and announcing the winners of our September Staffing Awards. Congratulations to the winners!
