For each new team member that you refer to work with us, you have the opportunity to earn an additional $100 per person, while the person that you refer can earn $50.
The following requirements must be met to secure the referral bonus:
1. The referral program form on this page must be completed and submitted with the correct information for both yourself and the person that you are referring.
2. The person that you are referring must officially accept a job with TeamWRX.
3. The person that you are referring must fulfill their obligation of showing up to work every day that they are scheduled for one full calendar month without incident.
Once all of the above requirements are met for the referral program, a digital gift card will be sent out to the email addresses provided when you filled out the Friends with Benefits form. If you are currently employed with TeamWRX, the referral bonus will be added to your next paycheck.
