A. No, all communication is handled through text messaging.
Q. Do I have to download anything?
A. No, we’ll communicate with you via text.
Q. I have T-Mobile (or Metro). Casi isn’t working for me. What do I do?
A. You’ll need to call T-Mobile/Metro or dial 611 and ask them to allow text messages from toll-free numbers. There is no cost to you. It is just a permission requirement you must approve.
Q. What features does Casi have?
A. You can use Casi to pick up a shift and receive announcements.
Q. What is the “pick up a shift” feature?
A. If you qualify for a shift, you’ll be given a link with details regarding the shift. Once you access the link, you should be able to pick up the shift and confirm your availability.
Q. I want to forward a shift opportunity that I got to a friend. Can I just send them the link I received?
A. Thanks for wanting to share this opportunity with your friends, but for your friend to accept an opportunity, they will need to call their local TeamWRX office and onboard with TeamWRX. Then, they will also receive job opportunities from Casi. Please use our Friends With Benefits program to refer your friends and get paid for them working with us.
Q. What is the “announcement” feature?
A. You’ll be able to receive messages on specific items from TeamWRX staff, including notifications on necessary documentation, special events, giveaways, and more.
Q. What if something goes wrong when picking up a shift (i.e. getting a link to shift opportunities, accessing the link, confirming availability, etc.)?
