Our onboarding process is designed to be efficient and straightforward, ensuring you are ready to start your new role as quickly as possible. Here’s what you can expect when you visit our office.
When you arrive at the TeamWRX office, you can expect to spend approximately 30 minutes to an hour completing the onboarding process.
Upon arrival, you will fill out an application and complete necessary onboarding documents. Next, you will sit through a brief orientation to familiarize yourself with our company policies and procedures. Afterward, you will have an interview with one of our recruiters.
Our goal is to place you in a suitable role immediately, but if that’s not possible, we will keep you updated on your placement status.
