Highlighting Our Communities: “A Month in My City”
One of our proudest initiatives this year was the continuation of our A Month in My City series, spotlighting the unique charm, culture, and experiences of the communities where our branches thrive. From Atlanta’s bustling streets to Savannah’s coastal charm and Dallas-Fort Worth’s dynamic energy, these stories showcased the spirit of our cities and the people who make them extraordinary.
Making an Impact Through Volunteering
Giving back is in our DNA, and this year was no exception. In May, our Savannah branch partnered with their local Red Cross to help pack emergency response packs, ensuring timely aid for those in need. In November, all branches came together to give back for Thanksgiving—ranging from feeding a local low-income school to organizing a food and clothes drive for the Salvation Army. Together, we made a meaningful impact in the communities we call home.

Celebrating Our All-Stars
October was all about shining a spotlight on the outstanding individuals who have grown from contract or temporary roles to permanent positions with our clients. In this video series and blog, we highlighted Carlton Gregory, a former TeamWRX contract employee who is now a full-time employee at one of our clients. Highlighting his success story inspires us all and reinforces our mission to create life-changing opportunities.
Honoring TeamWRX’s Finest: 2024 Team Awards
This year, instead of hosting our traditional end-of-year event in one location, our leadership team spread out to visit each of our offices, connecting directly with team members in their own spaces.
