Brand Ambassador

As a Brand Ambassador for TeamWRX, you will play a crucial role in promoting high-quality products. Your day will involve visiting clients within your assigned territory, demonstrating products, and effectively highlighting their features and benefits. Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships is key to this role. You will actively pursue sales opportunities, drive product sales through effective communication, and provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of daily activity, client interactions, sales activities, and product inventory. Managing your territory effectively to maximize productivity and reach is essential.

Food Service Worker

As a Food Service Worker, you will play an integral role in assisting with the preparation and service of meals, ensuring high standards of food quality, sanitation, and kitchen safety practices. Your responsibilities will include preparing and serving food according to planned menus, maintaining accurate records of transactions, and adhering to food safety regulations. You will also be involved in the timely preparation of various food items and beverages, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and assisting with major cleaning tasks. This role may involve physical demands such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended periods of walking and standing.

Material Handler

The Material Handler is responsible for unloading, loading, handling, and moving products within a warehouse. Key tasks include ensuring shipments are accurate and damage-free, preparing products for storage and shipment, and maintaining a clean work area. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, some experience in a similar role, and the ability to handle boxes up to 50 lbs. Equipment Operator

The Equipment Operator is responsible for operating various types of powered industrial equipment, such as forklifts, reach trucks, and cherry pickers, to move, stack, and organize merchandise. This role ensures safe and efficient operation of equipment while maintaining high productivity and accuracy. Key tasks include unloading and loading products, preparing shipments, and maintaining a clean work area. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar position, be proficient with material handling equipment, and hold a relevant certification. Work is performed in a warehouse environment, requiring physical activity and effective communication to ensure smooth operations.

Jockey Truck Driver

The Jockey Truck Driver is responsible for moving and spotting equipment to support the warehouse in sorting and processing product receipts and shipments. Key tasks include maintaining an orderly storage container parking lot, operating yard trucks safely, performing daily maintenance checks, and tracking container records. The ideal candidate will have a clean driving record, experience with gasoline or diesel-powered tractors and tow trailers, and the ability to prepare routine paperwork. A valid Driver’s License and a Powered Industrial Truck Certification are required. This role involves physical activity such as standing, walking, lifting, and handling up to 50 pounds.

Production Clerk

Under direct supervision, the Production Clerk assists the Production Supervisor and Team Lead with daily tasks to ensure orders are completed and ready for shipment. Responsibilities include managing production teams, entering data, maintaining supplies, training new material handlers, monitoring performance, handling paperwork, and assisting with shipment issues. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, previous office or warehouse experience, and proficiency in MS Word and Excel. This role requires attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Physical activity, such as standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds, is also required.

Shift Dispatch Operator

The Dispatch Operator will be responsible for scheduling, directing, and coordinating transportation operations, maintaining transportation documentation, and communicating effectively with customers, drivers, and coworkers. This role requires strong email, phone, and technology skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. The ideal candidate will be dependable, punctual, honest, and possess great communication skills and a willingness to learn. Creative thinking and knowledge of company policies and procedures are also essential.
