TeamWRX celebrates National Staffing Employee Week 2022 by highlighting recent standout team members and announcing internal staffing awards.
TeamWRX has seen incredible growth over the past few years, recently taking a competitive spot on the Inc. 5000 list with a two-year growth rate of 882%, and earning top awards and recognition from both the Atlanta Business Chronicle and ClearlyRated. As a staffing company in one of the most competitive industries around, we simply wouldn’t have gotten to where we are now without the hard work and commitment of our all-star team members.
We regularly celebrate these wins with team outings, in-office parties, and even a little friendly competition (fantasy football, anyone?). Now with National Staffing Employee Week in full swing, we’d like to take another opportunity to highlight some of our recent standout associates as described by our leadership team:

National Staffing Employee Week is also the perfect time to announce the kick-off of our September Staffing Awards! Beginning this week, our team will vote for the individuals who best represent each of the following:
- Coach of the Year: awarded to a branch manager who’s shown exemplary leadership over their team.
- Offensive Player of the Year: awarded to the team member who worked hardest to build revenue by making placements, filling orders, etc.
- Defensive Player of the Year: awarded to the team member who worked to retain our external team members and clients through great customer service and support.
- Rookie of the Year: awarded to a team member hired in 2022 that has stood out for embracing our culture and working to make us #1.
Winners will be announced at our annual holiday party in December (can’t wait!), with award-specific prizes given out to each person. We look forward to continuing the TeamWRX core value of outwardly celebrating our wins as a team and growing together!
