You read that title right. And we mean it. Our Friends with Benefits are one of the sexiest things in staffing.
While it’s hard to keep a straight face when explaining the benefits of our referral program, TeamWRX’s Friends with Benefits has been one of the best opportunities we’ve launched over the six-year history of our organization. We started the referral program in June of 2021 with bulky requirements that made it not so sexy. In 2022, we partnered with StaffingReferrals, one of the biggest and most trusted referral platforms for staffing agencies to modernize and simplify our referral process.
Since launching, our team has loved the new way we handle Friends with Benefits. It allows our Recruiters to send out personal invitations to our Ambassadors. TeamWRX Ambassadors can be anyone, including current team members, former teammates, or anyone who wants to make a little extra money. From there, Ambassadors invite friends and family within their network to apply at TeamWRX. And then the sexiest part of the process: they get paid!
TeamWRX now has two options through our Friends with Benefits Referral Program:
- Know someone hunting for a job in warehousing or logistics? Apply to be an Ambassador in our Friends with Benefits program and make $100 (your friend makes $50) when they work for 175 hours.
- If you have a friend looking for a hospitality-based position in Atlanta, apply to be Friends with Benefits – Hospitality Ambassador! In this case, you and your friend make $50 after your friend works for 100 hours.
