Here’s a closer look at the significant milestones and achievements that have defined the first half of 2024 in our TeamWRX mid-year recap 2024.
Welcoming New Faces in January
Kicking off the new year, TeamWRX celebrated new beginnings by welcoming several new members to our team. We were thrilled to introduce Calvin Flowers Sr. as the Branch Manager for our Atlanta location and RJ Nunez as the Account Manager in Savannah. Their expertise and enthusiasm have already started making a significant impact, and we look forward to their continued contributions.
Celebrating Black History Month and Atlanta Businesses in February
February saw the introduction of our “A Month in My City” series, starting with our Atlanta branch. This series aims to highlight the unique characteristics and attractions of the cities where our branches are located. Our Atlanta team shared their favorite historic landmarks, food spots, and local events. In honor of Black History Month, we also celebrated black-owned businesses across our branch locations, showcasing their invaluable contributions to our communities.
Honoring Women’s Contributions in March
March was dedicated to celebrating the incredible women of TeamWRX for Women’s History Month. We highlighted their achievements and recognized their vital roles within our organization. This month also marked the launch of our “TeamWRX Talent Showcase,” where we featured Kenya Anderson, a TeamWRX associate known for her generous contributions to the Atlanta community.
Expanding Opportunities in April
In April, we focused on expanding opportunities for our candidates. We introduced a brand new Brand Ambassador opportunity, which has been met with enthusiasm and excitement. This role allows our ambassadors to represent a TeamWRX client and grow as sales professionals.
